We go live on Instagram every Tuesday at 6:30 pm EST!   You can grab a snack, and some wine get cozy and get ready to hang out with me and my awesome Crystal family and do some shopping. If there is ever a change to our Live Sale, we will always post it on Instagram.  We also add to our Instagram story when we will be going Live.

A great way to see our newest items is by watching our live sales first before we add them to our website.  It’s a wonderful way to see the item up close and ask questions.  We love our amazing community.  We would really love to have you join our Crystal family!  Having fun is important to us and we love to do giveaways.  So, tune in whether you plan to shop or just hang out!

Once you join our Live Sale:

• If this is your first time and you would like an item that I am showing,  you simply comment Claim and the letters and price. (Example: Claim BB22 (add an emoji for fun) the price will usually be under the item. 
• Once you have claimed please send me via DM your email and zip code.
• The first comment we see on our screen will get the item. PLEASE NOTE- The comment will always show first on your screen and on our screen you may not be the first we see. We do go by what we see first come up on our screen.
• Once you do claim you are not allowed to put back an item. That is un-fair to others who may have wanted to purchase the item.

Claiming an Item

**When you claim an item, you are expected to follow through with the purchase.

• Please do not claim in an item you are not able to pay within the 24hour time period.
• If payment is not received within 24 hours unfortunately you will be banned from future live sales, and we hate to have to do that.
• To keep track of your claimed items a good idea is to take screen shots of your item. We may not be able to send you pictures after the live due to a large volume of orders.

Shipping

• Shipping starts at $4.25 within the US.
• International shipping starts at $15 and goes up accordingly based upon weight and box size.
• Make sure to message us right away if you would like to keep an open box for combined shipping!
• If you don’t let us know right away, we will begin packing orders and will not be able to add to your box!

• Requested Open Boxes
  • You may keep an open box for one week if you send us a message right away.
  • Payment is due within 24 hours for all your claimed items; open boxes Does not mean you wait to pay.
  • If you have an open box and you paid extra for shipping we will credit you back the overage.
  • We close out open boxes within a week after the Tuesday live sale unless we have agreed to keep your box open longer, then you will need to contact us when you are ready to ship.

 Invoices

• Remember Invoices will NOT show in your PayPal as we do not invoice through PayPal.
• Check your junk and promotions folders.
• In the email, you will click complete your purchase button which will take you to our website to complete checkout.

 Payment

• • We kindly ask for payment within 24 hours including open boxes.
  • If you do not pay your invoice in 24 hours, your order will be cancelled, and you will be blocked from shopping live sales.
  • Please only claim responsibly.
  • Please make sure to check your address where your item will be shipped to. It is not our responsibility to ask if it is correct.  If you need something shipped to a different location, please let us know before you pay each time.  We won’t keep track each time you claim in the future so you will need to let us know each time.

The right crystal will never pass you.  If it is meant for you then you will be the first to show on my screen. Just have fun and relax.
