Refund policy

All crystals are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for other items. Jewelry is valid for exchange or store credit on a case by case and needs to be reported to sales@shinebrightcrystals.com within five (5) days of receiving your package.

Return Shipping Policy
If we request that you return an item, please note that the cost of return shipping will not be reimbursed. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. The item must be returned in order to process any applicable exchange or resolution.
