Shipping policy
*Shipping:
All orders are shipped via USPS First class or Priority mail and or UPS within 1-3 Business days after receiving payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your package to arrive. During the holidays or if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be unexpected delays. Once your item ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control.
Shine Bright Crystals is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Re-delivery due to incorrect shipping info will be at your expense.

I need to file a shipping insurance claim what do I have to do?
- You will need to contact the postal service and request a claim to be filed and your item reimbursed. If you receive a damaged item or your package is lost during shipping, and you selected shipping insurance please let us know right away.
- All packaging material and damaged goods needs to be kept in the original form as received. Packaging and damaged goods should not be disposed of, released to the shipping carrier, or returned to the seller before a claim is completed. Failure to comply can result in the denial of the claim.
- Please remember DO NOT dispose of box, packing material (peanuts, bubble wrap, wrapping paper, jewelry bags, etc.), or merchandise. If a claim is filed it will require pictures of the box, shipping label, packing material, receipt, and damaged goods. Failure to provide these pictures can result in the denial of the claim.
