Q. I received my Crystal, but it is damaged, what can I do?

A. We are so sorry to hear that.  We will work with you to ensure you are 100% satisfied. We do our best to ensure your Crystals are professionally packed, but we know accidents may happen. We offer shipping insurance at a very affordable price which covers damages and lost packages. However, if the shipping insurance is not requested, we are not responsible to damaged or missing packages

How do I request shipping insurance? 

  • Please contact us regarding all shipping insurance request.

I need to file a shipping insurance claim what do I have to do?

  • You will need to contact the postal service and request a claim to be filed and your item reimbursed. If you receive a damaged item or your package is lost during shipping, and you selected shipping insurance please let us know right away. 
  • All packaging material and damaged goods needs to be kept in the original form as received. Packaging and damaged goods should not be disposed of, released to the shipping carrier, or returned to the seller before a claim is completed. Failure to comply can result in the denial of the claim.
  • Please remember DO NOT dispose of box, packing material (peanuts, bubble wrap, wrapping paper, jewelry bags, etc.), or merchandise. If a claim is filed it will require pictures of the box, shipping label, packing material, receipt, and damaged goods. Failure to provide these pictures can result in the denial of the claim.
